Informations to join and leave the conference in Porquerolles island

We will provide a bus and a boat from Toulon railway station to the conference in Porquerolles. Both following travels are included in the price of the conference :

  1. Monday the 9th of June, the bus will leave from Toulon bus station at 2:00PM ; after connection, the boat will take you to Porquerolles island before the beginning of the conference. (The Toulon bus station is two minutes by foot from Toulon railway station: when you get out of the railway station, turn left. Just walk 100m and then climb down the stairs. This is there ! )
  2. Friday the 13th of June, the boat will leave Porquerolles island at 3:00PM, bus departure at 3:30 PM from « Tour Fondue » to Toulon and you will be at Toulon railway station at 4:30PM

Informations to join and leave Porquerolles island on your own (not included in the price of the conference)

First you’ll have to come in France and join the city of Hyères.

To go from Hyères Aeroport to Hyères Centre bus station.

You can take the bus 102 (20min) until « Hyères Centre Lyautey »
Bus leaving at 10:35AM, 1:25PM, 4:30PM, 6:10PM, 8:50PM on sunday the 8th and monday the 9th of June

or the Bus 63 (20min) until the Terminus « Hyères Centre Denis », and then walk until the bus station « Hyères Centre Lyautey »
Bus leaving at 8:10AM, 9:10AM, 11:57AM, 14:35PM, 15:35PM, 17:40PM on sunday the 8th and monday the 9th of June

To go from Hyères Aeroport to the Tour Fondue

You can take a taxi. I have asked to the taxi company: for the 8th&9th of June, 7am to 7pm, the price would be around 35 euros. (Hyères Taxi Station: 04 94 00 60 00)

To go from Toulon railway station to Hyères railway station

There will be trains Monday the 9th of June at 6:22AM, 7:22AM, 8:22AM, 12:22PM, 15:47PM, 17:22PM
Trains coming back on Friday the 13th of June at 8/00AM, 10:30AM, 1:30PM, 3:50PM, 5:54PM, 7:10PM

To go from Toulon railway station to Hyères Centre bus station

If you are in Toulon railway station, you just have to go to the bus station: when you get out of the railway station, turn left. Just walk 50m and then climb down the stairs. This is there !

Take the bus 29 or 39 until their terminus: please note there will be few buses the 8th and 9th of June :

Bus 29 leaving at 6:50AM, 7:45AM, 8:45AM, 11:00AM, 12:15PM, 13:30PM, 14:15PM, 16:15PM, 17:45PM
Bus 39 leaving at 5:20AM, 7:05AM, 9:20AM, 11:05AM, 12:15PM, 13:15PM, 15:02PM, 17:15PM

 

Second you’ll have to reach the « Tour Fondue ». Thus, you have to take a boat to go to Porquerolles island.

To go from Hyères Centre bus station to the « Tour Fondue »

Just take the bus 67 (30min) and get down at « Tour Fondue ».

Bus leaving at 8:22AM, 9:12AM, 11:17AM, 1:45PM, 4:47PM, and 6:05PM the 8th and 9th of June
Bus coming back at 9:00AM, 10:05AM, 12:00, 2:25AM, 5:35PM, 7:00PM on Friday the 13th

To go from Hyères Railway station to the « Tour Fondue »

Just take the bus 67 (30min) and get down at « Tour Fondue ».

Bus leaving at 6:37AM, 8:29AM, 9:19AM, 11:25AM, 1:53PM, 4:55PM, 6:09PM
Bus coming back at 9:00AM, 10:05AM, 12:00, 2:25AM, 5:35PM, 17:00PM on Friday the 13th

To go from the « Tour Fondue » to Porquerolles

Take the shuttle to the island.

Shuttles leaving at 7:30AM, 9:00AM, 9:30AM,10:00AM, 10:30AM, 11:00AM, 11:30AM, 12:00, 12:30PM, 1:30PM, 2:30PM, 3:30PM, 4h30PM, 5h30PM
Shuttles coming back at 8:30AM, 9:30AM, 10:30AM, 11:30AM, 2:00PM, 3:00PM, 4:00PM, 5:00PM, 6:00PM, 7:00PM

Please note that if you let a car in the « Tour Fondue » parking, you will have to pay 48 euros for the week. It is safer to book for the week (because it could be crowded on monday).
